You can pick your size using the size guide on each product page. If you’re unsure, message us your head measurement [or usual cap size] and our team will recommend the best fit before you order.

Are your products made of real wool?

Yes, our caps and shawls are made from pure, natural sheep wool sourced locally in Chitral. Real wool keeps you warm in winter and lasts for years with proper care.

Are your Chitrali caps and shawls handmade?

Yes, our Chitrali caps (pakol), shawls, and woolen products are handmade by skilled artisans in Chitral using traditional methods. Each piece is crafted from genuine wool, which is why every item is unique.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You simply pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, so you can shop with complete confidence.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, Chitrali Bazar delivers to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and remote areas. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days through our courier partners.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it until it reaches your doorstep. Orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g. 4 PM] are usually processed the same day.
